For any reservation cancellation (excluding bookings made on a non-refundable rate), we must receive 72 hours notice prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive your deposit back. If any cancellation is made within 72 hours of your stay, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable (though you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place).
Any change-of-dates request (including shortening a reservation) must be made 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival and is subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. Within 72 hours prior to arrival, deposits are non-refundable and no changes can be made to the reservation. After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.

While we’re unable to provide cribs or pack ’n plays at this time, we offer several comfortable room options that work well for families, including rooms with two queen beds, connecting or adjoining rooms, sleeper sofas in many room types, and even a bunk bed room.

Yes, we have 3 King Junior Suite rooms at The Courier that are ADA accessible. Please note that accessing our rooms at The Courier requires use of our elevator, as we do not have rooms on the ground level. We have a step-free entrance to our hotel. - Is there parking at the hotel? Is there parking at the hotel? The Courier does have a dedicated parking lot for paid parking on Dodge St. behind the hotel. Please note that there are city-run parking meter spaces in front of the hotel that allow for up to 4 hours of paid parking when available.

The Courier provides a contactless check-in experience for our guests, with a staffed front desk beginning at 8:00am daily for in-person assistance.
